Do you have a warranty claim in respect of your Antler Bag or Suitcase and it's more than a year old?
Firstly please check that you believe that the problem is a manufacturing defect. Fair wear and tear will not be covered. Damaged caused to your bag whilst in the care of an airline or other carrier will not be covered - you should claim against your carrier.
Warranty claims on more than one year old luggage e quickly and easily dealt with by claiming on the Antler website.
For warranty claims on bags purchased from us and under 1 year old please bring them into the Store together with your receipt - please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be dealt with by Antler.
